In such a situation, these people can take advantage of this scheme and get their permanent residence. Under this scheme, beneficiaries will be allotted plots of 300 square yards. The price of the plot will vary in different areas of the state, but this price will be very low.
That is, the price of these plots will be very low. For example, based on the 1991 census, plots will be given at the rate of ₹ 2 per square meter in villages with a population of less than 1000, ₹ 5 per square meter in villages with a population of 2000, and ₹ 10 per square meter in villages with a population of more than that.
